REFUND POLICY: REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN, NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU MAY CHANGE THE PHOTO ANYTIME BEFORE DRAWING. 

WAIT TIME: WAIT TIME WILL VARY, TIME FRAMES ARE MY BEST ESTIMATE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CHECKED THE WAIT ON MY WEBSITE, linked here. Wait time for the art preview is not the total wait time to receive a tracking number for the shipment. The total wait time for your order will vary between 4 weeks and up to 12 weeks at worst (if there are excessive adjustments, my shop gets slammed with orders, or significant life events affect my ability to keep up efficiently). If the wait time exceeds 12 weeks, you acknowledge that it will be explained and detailed in your order tracker.

SHIPPING: MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT, CARTOONED CAR CLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. If your order is returned to sender, you will have to wait for me to receive the package and mail it back to you. If you changed your address with me via email and it was still shipped to the wrong address, I will send a replacement,  as that is my fault. However, you are ultimately responsible for entering a full, correct,  and complete address. If you order a digital drawing by itself, you acknowledge that it is a digital product and will not be shipped, however my order tracking system will mark it as shipped once sent to your email for download. My tracking system is automated, and you acknowledge it is as accurate to the best of my ability and as up to date as possible. You acknowledge that my order tracking system is connected to the tags on each order, and specific to your order.

UPDATES: ORDER UPDATES ARE LINKED HERE. 

ADJUSTMENTS: UP TO 4 FREE MINOR CHANGES ON YOUR ARTWORK. (EXAMPLE: COLOR CHANGE, FIX A DOOR PANEL). AFTER 4 CHANGES IT WILL BE A $15 CHARGE TO REDRAW. If you have requested more than 4 changes on the original preview sent, it will use all of your proof revisions. We can gladly go back and forth on each individual change on the preview system, but it cannot exceed 4 changes for free. If you are still unhappy with the artwork once more than 4 changes have been submitted, the only option is the $15 redraw, as work has been completed to the best of my ability, and artwork is labor completed.
