I ship to the US only for now.

• How long does it usually take to get my order?

The wait time is automatically updated on the top of the homepage. It's calculated based on how many orders are in my system! Order updates for existing orders are found here! If you order a digital drawing, it is automatically emailed upon your approval of the preview.

• What is your refund policy?

By ordering from my website you agree that once the artwork is completed, adjustments can be made within reason. However, refunds are not given. By ordering you are agreeing to the above. In addition, you agree that the wait time displayed on my home page is understood, and not guaranteed.

If you are unhappy with the design that was made and significant adjustments have been made to the design, you may be able to receive another piece of artwork instead of the original design for $15 additional charge, to ensure you will be happy with your order.

• Shipping policy?

You are responsible for entering the correct address for your order. Before the item has been produced, you can change the address, but after that point, the address you selected is unchangeable. If your package gets returned to sender, you will need to pay for the replacement to be sent, as well as the cost to ship that item.
