- How long does it usually take to get my order?
My wait time for the original preview is posted here. Once approved, allow another 1-4 weeks for me to handmake it and ship it to you. Updates are on the top of this site! If you order a digital drawing, it is automatically emailed upon your approval of the preview.
- What is your refund policy?
By ordering from my website you agree that once the artwork is completed, adjustments can be made within reason. However, refunds are not given. By ordering you are agreeing to the above. In addition, you agree that the wait time displayed on my home page is understood, and not guaranteed.
If you are unhappy with the design that was made and significant adjustments have been made to the design, you may be able to receive another piece of artwork instead of the original design for $15 additional charge, to ensure you will be happy with your order.
You are responsible for entering the correct address for your order. Before the item has been produced, you can change the address, but after that point, the address you selected is unchangeable. For my safety, the return address is not my place of residence, so if your package gets returned to sender, you will need to pay for the replacement to be sent, as well as the cost to ship that item.
